TL;DR - Windows XP is not useful for anything and Windows 98 is not very good either please use Windows 95

My hypothetical version of Windows that I would like to use is the one that keeps the 3.x GUI while having backend improvement from 4.x though after seeing the usability testing lab video uploaded by Blue Horizon I could see why the changes was made. On another note, I remember mintsuki or someone talked about the GUI being a replica of another GUI back when I was in your Discord server but I forgot which GUI exactly...
